What's involved with installation?

Upon completing your order your sales agent will work with you to determine a convenient time for your new satellite broadband internet installation. On the day of the installation, be sure to double-check your appointment time, as your certified Exede dealer technician can only install and setup your system if you are there. When your Wildblue Exede installer arrives, he will first determine where your mini-dish will be setup. Usually that will be on the side or roof of your house, though in certain cases he may recommend a pole-mount installation. Once the technician installs the mini-dish, he will then run cat-v cabling into the house and hook it up to the highly-advanced Exede modem. They modem will then be connected to your computer or wireless network and the technician will activate your service at that point.
